Vietnam Museum of Ethnology

The Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (Vietnamese Bao Tang Dan toc hoc Viet Nam) is a museum in Hanoi, Vietnam, focusing on the 54 officially recognized ethnic groups in Vietnam. It is based on a 3.27-acre (13,200 m2) property in the Cau Giay District, about 8 km from the city center.

It will be widely seen as the best modern museum in Vietnam and a tourist attraction in Hanoi.

The proposal for the museum was officially opened on 14 December 1987 approved. The construction lasted for 1987-1995, and it was on the 12th to the public Opened in November 1997.

The exhibition building was designed by architect Hà Đức Linh, a member of the Tay ethnic group in the form of a Dong Son drum is designed and the interior was designed by French architects Veronique Dollfus.

Opening times is 8.30 bis 17.30 clock clock Tuesday to Sunday
